As a Sr. Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key client accounts, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic mindse, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in account management. Your main responsibility will be to nurture existing and select potential client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet the client’s needs.

 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

STRATEGIC

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client within the organization.

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts, aligning solutions with client goals.

  • Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within defined set of accounts. Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to position our products or services effectively and win new business.

  • Account Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to client accounts, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction scores, and retention rates. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services, highlighting how they can meet the client's needs

  • Negotiating and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to secure deals with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties. Close sales transactions in a timely manner.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team performance. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the account management team.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, with track record of success in sales, with at least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach to account management.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
