Pre Sales Cyber Security

Position Summary 

  • Enable Presales and Implementation team to understand and work on latest technologies

  • Responsible to provide optimal and viable business proposals to customer

  • Adapting to the latest technologies and converting the technology skill sets to Business solution for different vertical customers

  • Should lead Cyber Security Practice including IT Security Products, Services and Audit Services

  • Design leading-edge solutions comprising wide variety of technologies and OEM products

  • During the proposal phase, ensure that our solution meets the customer requirements and technically superior solution

  • Throughout the proposal process, articulate and demonstrate solutions, influence customer’s technical requirements and position products relative to the competition.

  • This position also requires transferring knowledge about latest products and technologies to our technical engineers

 


Job Responsibilities 

  • Attend client meetings and presentations with Sales representatives

  • Understand the customer needs clearly and provide optimal and viable business proposals

  • Based on clients Technical requirements, infrastructure, configuration requirements provide detailed technical design  and optimal solutions and required diagrams

  • Work with Implementation team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers

  • Provide the Implementation team with all necessary documentation for the successful completion of the project

  • Provides pre-sales support for new and existing customers

  • Work with Sales to provide a timely response for technical RFI/RFP questions

  • Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls

  • Responsible for creating a proof of concept solution to demonstrate to the customer

  • Travel as needed to customer sites and attend industry events

  • Develop product training material

  • Additional responsibilities include providing on-site support, handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences and ensuring proactive communications with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars and certifications

  • Strong Communication skills in both Written and Spoken

  • Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills

  • Detail Oriented, Multi-tasking and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress

  • Must be able to learn new technologies quickly

  • Must be a team Player

 

 

Eligibility

  • Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Communications or related field

  • Overall minimum 1-10 years’ experience in design and implementation of Large Enterprise and Infrastructure information and cyber security technologies

  • experience as a Presales Engineer  in Designing, Sizing  and recommending Information Security solutions such as Enterprise Firewalls, UTM, Web Application Firewalls, DDoS, IPS, NAC, Application Security, Anti-APT, Web & E-Mail security, Endpoint Security solutions , DLP, SIEM to enterprise customers

  • 6+ years’ experience as a Field  Engineer in Implementing Information Security solutions such as Enterprise Firewalls, UTM, Web Application Firewalls, DDoS, IPS, NAC, Application Security, Anti-APT, Web & E-Mail security, Endpoint Security solutions , DLP, SIEM to enterprise customers

  • Should have in-depth knowledge on various IT-Security products and OEM products

  • Should have competition and technical analyse knowledge between different OEM products.

  • Should have understanding in providing IT security consultant services such as VA/PT, SOC, Information Security Practices.

  • Certifications from Fortinet/Palo-Alto/Checkpoint/RADWARE/Mcafee/Symantec  for Implementation/Designing is preferred

  • Proven track record of selling, building and or deploying technology solutions

  • Outstanding Pre and Post Sales account management and follow through skills, resourcefulness and attention to detail

  • Experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements

  • Working knowledge of vendor products and technologies from Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo-Alto, RADWARE, Sonicwall, Forcepoint, Symantec, F5, Mcafee etc
