We are hiring an aspiring and ambitious professional for the position of Lead - Presales with proven experience in Solution design, Solution Defence and Costing of large projects in the IT infrastructure domain.

 

A Presales Lead in Netcon has the following responsibilities:

  • Design and Architect the next generation solutions which are dynamically scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and reliable

  • Assess, estimate, and support opportunities or business development to our clients

  • Conduct POC and prototyping of solutions

  • Direct all aspects of solution implementation


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum BSc/BE/MSc/MCA/BCA from a reputed institution

  • Overall ~20 years of IT experience of which at least the last 10 years in pre-sales

  • Having a good breadth of technology knowledge across Cloud, Compute, Storage, Network, Security, End User Computing.

  • Having a good depth of knowledge in at least 1 or 2 of the above technologies

  • Experience in leading a team of solution architects for pre-sales solutions.

  • Experience in putting together a large IT technology solution in various capacities.

  • Experience in creating multi-year solutions of over $25M and with exposure to Indian market.

  • Good communication and client presentation skills

  • Solid documentation review and creation skills for solution responses.

  • Willing to travel for good part of the month to client locations.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client issues and come out with innovative solutions to solve the same.

  • Team player who can take the solution architect team along as well as combine with sales team to create an impact.

  • Strategic thinking to find innovative solution and costing methodologies.

  • Good understanding of Costing & Pricing principles for large proposals.

  • Innovative in arriving at different costing models.
