We are hiring an aspiring and ambitious professional for the position of Lead - Presales with proven experience in Solution design, Solution Defence and Costing of large projects in the IT infrastructure domain.
A Presales Lead in Netcon has the following responsibilities:
Design and Architect the next generation solutions which are dynamically scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and reliable
Assess, estimate, and support opportunities or business development to our clients
Conduct POC and prototyping of solutions
Direct all aspects of solution implementation
Required Qualifications
Minimum BSc/BE/MSc/MCA/BCA from a reputed institution
Overall ~20 years of IT experience of which at least the last 10 years in pre-sales
Having a good breadth of technology knowledge across Cloud, Compute, Storage, Network, Security, End User Computing.
Having a good depth of knowledge in at least 1 or 2 of the above technologies
Experience in leading a team of solution architects for pre-sales solutions.
Experience in putting together a large IT technology solution in various capacities.
Experience in creating multi-year solutions of over $25M and with exposure to Indian market.
Good communication and client presentation skills
Solid documentation review and creation skills for solution responses.
Willing to travel for good part of the month to client locations.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client issues and come out with innovative solutions to solve the same.
Team player who can take the solution architect team along as well as combine with sales team to create an impact.
Strategic thinking to find innovative solution and costing methodologies.
Good understanding of Costing & Pricing principles for large proposals.
Innovative in arriving at different costing models.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
