Key Responsibility:
L1 technicians follow documented processes and workflows provided by Clients or higher level support representatives, vendors, product management, etc.
Troubleshoots client Networking solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage and escalate technical issues to appropriate vendor support team
Required Skills :
Candidate should have Basic foundation on Cisco and other OEM Switches (Installation, Upgrade, Migration & Troubleshooting on these platform).
Basic understanding of Data Centre technology involving switching & Routing & Firewalls.
Experience in planning troubleshooting of L1 Issues
Possess good communication/Presentation skills and customer focused attitude
Maintenance of client relationship
Provides project coordination duties for assigned projects to include providing detailed knowladge knowing and meeting client timetable, coordinating vendor/OEM for Tickets Raising , etc. Facilitates communication between project team members.
Proactively monitors and reports status of project efforts, anticipates, and identifies issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implements corrective actions
Education and Certification
Diploma/B.E(IT/CS/ECE) / B.Sc (IT/CS/ECE) / M.Sc (IT/CS/ECE) /MCA
