We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Chief business offer to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing high-performing sales teams, and implementing effective sales strategies. The CBO will play a crucial roles in shaping and executing company’s sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities :

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.

    2. Provide strategic direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with the overall company goals.

    3. Should understand cashflow and P&L (Profit & Loss)

  2. Team Management:

    1. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

    2. Set clear performance goals, coach, and drive the sales team to meet or exceed goals.

    3. Foster a collaborative culture.

  3. Sales Performance:

    1. Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.

    2. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

    3. Implement and monitor key performance indicators to measure and improve sales performance.

  4. Client Relationship Management:

    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

    2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

    3. Create programs with solutions team to land and expand revenue from the existing clients.

  5. Sales Process Optimization:

    1. Continuously assess and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 15 years of experience and at least 5 years in technology sales.

  2. Thought leader with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
