As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through prospecting, cultivating relationships, and closing deals with new clients. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services to potential customers. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

STRATEGIC

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry research.

  • Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that align with their business objectives.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services, highlighting how they can meet the client's needs

  • Negotiating and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to secure deals with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties. Close sales transactions in a timely manner.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Customer Experience: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences with our products or services, and communicate relevant insights to the internal teams for continuous improvement.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a knack for closing deals.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Relevant experience in selling IT infrastructure solution / industry solutions is preferred but not mandatory.
